Direct ophthalmoscopes and retinoscopes.
Binocular Indirect Ophthalmoscopes
BIO lenses (approx 20D) and Biomicroscopy lenses (e.g 78D, 90D).

I'd be interested in any instruments with a couple of years life left in them, to loan to students while they are studying, then recycle through other students.
