"Optometrists Association Australia is the peak professional organisation for optometrists in Australia. Its mission is to enable its State divisions and their member optometrists to achieve their aspirations for the profession of optometry."

• acting as an advocate for the profession and the community on matters relating to eye care
• supplying a range of services to help members lead productive and rewarding professional lives.
